Documents Required For Recruitment

According to statutory requirements and Government regulations, the following documents are to be sent to us “The Recruitment Agency” by ‘the Foreign Employer’ to successfully carry out the recruitment drive:

1. Power of Attorney from the ‘Employer’ in the name of AVENUES RESOURCES CONSULTANTS authorizing us to advertise, recruit and deploy the required personnel on their behalf.

2. The Demand Letter from the ‘Employer’ clearly stating the different Vacancies, The number of Candidates required for each Vacancy, The Salary per month, The Contract period, Vacation, Ticketing etc.

Note: – The Originals of Power of Attorney & The Demand Letter MUST be attested by the Chamber of Commerce, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the Employer’s country and the Indian Embassy in that Country.
