Analysis of Service Request from the Employer

As soon as we receive the Service Request / List of Job Positions from the Employer, our Recruitment Team analyzes the Job Description in detail and accordingly classify them regionally as per the availability of prospective candidates

Sourcing the Prospective Applicants

Once we have a clear understanding of the Job Description, we start sourcing for the candidates initially through our extensive data bank. We also use the various head hunting resources like the Job Postings on the Internet and release the advertisements in the most popular newspapers in different regions across India, conducting the Preliminary Interviews In Person OR Via Phone OR Via The Skype Interview.

Short listing & Final Selection

The “Avenues” Recruitment Team then scrutinizes the CVs and shortlist the potential candidates strictly as per the Job Description of the Employer. If the Employer requires CV Selection, then the Candidates Files are sent to our clients, usually via Email for their possible approval and final selection.

If the selection is by personal interviews with the Employer wherein the Employer sends its Recruitment Team to India, we then arrange the Full Recruitment Drive with the International Delegation in the most appropriate cities based on the availability of prospective candidates. Once the applicant is finally selected and the Employment Offer is released, the same is then forwarded to the candidate for his / her approval and signatures.

Offer Acceptance, Verification & Visa Processing

A. Once we get the Offer acceptance from the candidate, He / She is immediately advised to appear for the Medical Test and on confirmation of their medical Fitness, they are requested to submit their Original certificates for verification and attestation from the Employer country’s Cultural Attaché & Embassy in India.

B. As soon as we receive the VISA from the Employer, Then the candidate’s valid passport along with the necessary documents are submitted with the Embassy / Consulate for visa stamping. Once the Visa is Stamped, the same is then informed to the Employer and the Candidate respectively.

Ticketing & Pre- Deployment Orientation

Once the employer sends the ticketing for the candidate and the candidate is informed accordingly, the candidate is given a detailed pre-deployment orientation of the foreign country. It includes the Culture, the Environment, the Life they can expect and the DO’s & DO NOT’s during their stay in that country.
